How can we develop resilience?
We can all have difficult feelings such as anger, frustration or disappointment. Sometimes we need to notice and take care of these feelings so that we can use them to create our inner strength and courage. Resilience helps us to develop an inner strength, be brave and have courage. We develop an ability to ‘bounce back’ from adversity and adapt positively in the face of challenging personal circumstances and difficult situations.
